All employees working under the structure of IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş.;

  • conform to holding and company policies and work in order to be reached to determined goals, 
  • protect the name and prestige of institutions in all cases,
  • never conduct an illegal behavior or attitude, and inform holding/firm administration about all offers providing personal benefits or any subject  that they feel suspicious about not being right/legal or any situation like having relatives trying to take advantage of their positions, and they never accept gifts,
  • do not exhibit any behavior or attitude (aggressive behaviors, threatening dialogues, disturbance, harassment, propaganda or promotion of political and/or religious views etc.)  that may distort  the tranquility, safety and productivity of working atmosphere.

Protecting Corporate Assets 

All employees working under the umbrella of IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş should protect corporate assets and should use only for business purpose and efficiently at the same time. 

Corporate Secrets/Confidentiality

One of the most important elements of our corporate assets is the accumulation of knowledge that we have. We show ultimate attention to all operations done inside the company (projects, filing- archiving, email traffic, meeting talks and reports, papers on the desks etc.) within the frame of information protection principle. 

All employees working at IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş and having any information about firm (projects, undisclosed bids, business research, new product plans, strategic goals, unpublished financial information or customer and seller lists, the requests and needs of customers, customers’ preferences, any information or any kind of writing, document, record etc. about instructions, regulations, procedures, process, work habits, methods and plans.)

  • Cannot disclose those information unless they have any legal and professional obligation or they are authorized,
  • Cannot use those information for their personal interests or for people’s interest out of the firm,
  • At holding and affiliated companies, they only provide information for employees that need to know by expressing clearly that the information is secret and they should not share with another person. 

Our employees’ obligation to protect that information, even if they leave from IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş for any reason, continues until it is released to the public or it is disclosed that the information is not confidential business secret anymore or is not private information. 

Our relations with coworkers.

All employees working at IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş and affiliated companies, should communicate and cooperate with each other within the frame of mutual trust and respect. The relations between coworkers are the ones in which every individual need to stick to mutual goals among equals whether your relationship is with personnel working under you, your executive or your colleague being at the same level with you. 

Our relations with suppliers

We aim that our relations with persons and institutions that provide product, project and service supply for IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş and affiliated companies are based on long-term trust.  Equality and honesty are the basis for supplier relations. 

We never do any racial, religious or language discrimination in supplier selection, and do not take personal relations into consideration. We prioritize holding/firm interests. We do not accept any payment like commission or gift etc. from suppliers. 

We meet meeting requests of our Clients-Suppliers within the shortest time as long as our business and time are sufficient. We show great attention to this point. 

We absolutely answer calls from our Clients-Suppliers; listen them, evaluate the situation, and forward the case to relevant person/department if it is necessary and follow the case. 

We show great attention to not to make our visitors wait  at entrance gate or floors and welcome and see them off in accordance with IC hospitality and culture  from the very beginning. 

All behaviors mentioned above are absolute requirements of the institution’s culture we represent.   

Our relations with customers

Offering product/service at time, standards and conditions that we assure to our customers is our main principle. As IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş and affiliated companies, we always give exact, explicit and perfect information to our customers. We stick to contracts, fulfill our commitments and work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Policies about sustainability of IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş corporate identity and tradition are determined by IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş Executive Board and the practices are supervised. Every employee working at IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş and affiliated companies are morally responsible for learning, adopting, meeting the requirements of these traditions and transferring them to new employees incorporated into company.
